Solibad UK is the British branch of Solibad, the international charity that
uses badminton as a driver of positive social change.

This is a launch project, conducted in partnership with national governing bodies to introduce Solibad into a new country and establish a lasting presence in the UK.

Solibad UK is currently working with Badminton England and Badminton Wales, and plans to involve all four UK national governing bodies.

Thanks to players, clubs, tournaments and volunteers, Solibad UK will raise funds and public awareness to support educational and community projects for children in the world’s most disadvantaged regions.

The Redhill & Reigate Badminton Club is the first official member club, and its founder, Alex Lawrence-Berkeley, is the first UK coordinator appointed by Solibad. He helps to increase the charity's impact within the UK badminton community. Youtube Influencer CK Yew is also one of our local coordinator while Estelle Van Leuween is our Solibad Ambassador in the UK.
