The Solibad Days are back in 2025!
After the first edition of Solibad days in 2024 - the aim of which was to massively mobilize the badminton community for a giant fundraiser, while having fun - Solibad is back this year, even better prepared, for an even more fun edition, and even crazier concepts!

The Concept
We are organizing a global fundraising event, over 10 days, in an original and unprecedented format – to date, no sport has organized such a solidarity event on this concept and on this scale. It is therefore up to the entire badminton community to mobilize to raise funds for Solibad's programs.
All badminton players will be invited to participate in this massive action: clubs, committees, badminton academies, leagues, and national federations, including the FFBad which is our partner in this action. But also individuals, who will be able to make donations. Ambassadors, who will also be able to organize fundraisers in different forms. All-around moments of conviviality, fun, light, and original, which will also remain in the memories of those who participate.
What for ?
Because the global badminton community is extraordinary. It is jovial. Enthusiastic. Generous. Because organizing events around the world for a great cause of common solidarity will be the best way to prove that our sport knows how to innovate. Because these festive moments, all over the planet, will bring happiness to the participants. But also and above all because the fundraising will serve the programs run by the Solibad Association and will also bring happiness to children in great precariousness, whether they live on the streets of Tananarive, in an orphanage in Kuala Lumpur, in a garbage dump in Jakarta or in remote villages in Congo or Colombia. With the promise that 100% of the funds raised will go to the field.
Who can do what?
Leagues and Committees: you can organize an event yourself (including one of our two new features) with a partner club, whether official or unofficial, with one of the many Promobad formats, with of course a fundraiser (this is the main objective). If organizing an event is not possible, the role of the committees and leagues will be to proactively relay the information to your clubs, encouraging them to participate, by providing them with equipment or grounds.
Clubs: we're counting on you! We know that you're already in high demand, but this is a unique opportunity to be part of a fairly historic global action and to serve a great cause – as some have already done with the Telethon or Pink October. And we've thought about actions outside of gyms to make your job easier, with great new ideas, which could also lead to important partnerships for your club.

Individuals: players or not, we also need your mobilization. On D-Day, if you want to make a donation, of course, but in advance, if you want to join the team of volunteers who prepare the Solibad Days

Companies, institutions, organizations: take advantage of these Solibad Days to organize a "team building" session in your structure: why not a Swiss round with several teams, mixed, mixed hierarchies, for a moment of sharing and laughter outside the work context. Badminton is ideal for this - it is mixed, fun, easy to play and will be an ideal element to both build links, have fun, and raise funds for a good cause (the company can make a global donation, or each team must raise funds to be able to register, etc.). Donations to Solibad are tax deductible for companies up to 60%!
Ambassadors: You obviously have a role to play in making these Solibad Days a success. By involving your club, for example. But why not also by organizing a live “Chat” on one of these days, or by auctioning a racket, a signed T-shirt, or an object that is close to your heart, or a lesson or a meal with you, by organizing coaching sessions for the benefit of Solibad…

How to participate?

Therefore, The main challenge is organizing an action that is likely to raise funds, like the telethon, but on a global level. The good news is that there is no limit to creativity and originality. The idea is first to bring together an organizing team and think about the concept of the event that you want to set up, or how, as an individual, you want to participate. Then, register on the action registration platform HERE. You will then have a few weeks to prepare the action, from May 8 to 18, 2025. It will then be time to take stock, keep the good ideas for the following year, and send the money raised to Solibad (by transfer or credit card in a few secure clicks)
